Here we have the pleasure to present a fantastic villa with a large pool and views of the mountains, the Mediterranean Sea, Ciudad Quesada, Torrevieja and the salt lakes! The house is located in a well-established residential area on the outskirts of the Spanish town of San Miguel de Salinas. Here you are close to several golf courses and with the prestigious Las Colinas closest. It takes approx. 15 minutes by car to the beautiful beaches of Orihuela Costa and just as long to Torrevieja. The large plot is 552m2 and consists of several good social areas. At the entrance from the road find a carport with an electric gate to easily park in the shade on the lot. There is also a large dining area with easy access to the kitchen. Here you have a fantastic view of the surroundings and the pool. The house is 281m2 and it is reached through a few steps where you are welcomed by a hall with space to hang outerwear. From the hall you have the modern kitchen on the right and a guest toilet on the left before you enter the living room with dining area. From here you have beautiful views from all windows and access to a terrace with an additional dining area. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a private bathroom. An internal staircase leads down to the mezzanine level where you will find a bedroom with bathroom, an office with large storage inside and another terrace overlooking the pool. There is also a master bedroom with a large, luxurious bathroom. At the bottom we find the separate apartment, an internal staircase leads here, but it is possible to close the door if you want to separate the apartments as there is a separate entrance from the outside as well. There is a separate kitchen, living room with dining area, a built-in bar, large wine cellar, a storage room that can be used as a bedroom. There is also an engine room for central heating, perfect for the colder winter months. In the beautiful garden with the pool area, there is also a large area with an outdoor grill and space for both lounge furniture, a dining area and sunbeds. In the garden you will find several exotic plants and trees and there is automatic irrigation with a separate water tank for this purpose. At the top you will find a roof terrace with a 360 degree view. The plot's fantastic location means you will always find cooling shade during the hot summer months, or lovely sun sheltered from the wind during the winter months, depending on what you prefer at the time. In the spring and summer, you can see the fireworks that end the local festivities in the cities - it looks like bright spots of color in the sky up there. -The glitter on the walls in the bathroom next to the master bedroom always puts you in a good mood! -Barbecuing on the terrace by the pool with family and friends is our favorite time. -Relaxing on the air mattress in the pool and cooling off helps to get rid of all thoughts and completely relax. -The dog loved spending time in his own room by the pool area and the separate "dog bathroom". -We always felt a bit like kings and queens in a castle when we were in the house!
